Thurgadin 2.0 Barbute of Corruption

I have the 3 items for the quest that Artificer Munte gives to the Shadowknight but when I give him the items he just hands them back.

Anybody know how to deal with this problem or know how to deal with it. Any comments will be appreciated, thanks.
 
Are you sure you have essence of distortion, and not essence of disruption,
the monk thurg item, which drops off the self-same mob?
