Hi,
I recently won this item on a Spectral Hunter raid.

I am a dwarf and unfortunately cannot wear it. I spoke to a GM and she said I could request to have dwarf added to this item. I am a dwarf paladin and I was thinking that dwarf might have been forgotten for this item since small races like gnomes are on this list. If it is possible, please add Dwarf to this.

Also "Howling Fury" is a +125 hate proc so it being a worn effect doesn't do anything. It should probably be changed to (Combat).
 
Can't comment on what it should be, but as a player, dwarves are more than capable of wearing the robe of vaporous regeneration, and on a semi related note, despite not having a robe graphic for some who can wear it, the blackmetal robe is usable by melees. So certainly not unprecedented. As a player, it sure looks like an oversight to me.
