this is wierd....

hello everyone.

I resently formated my computer and installed EQ again. we'll I do everything it says to install the game and to play WR.

But my friend tell's me that my backround pic its wrong. i used to have a barbarian with 2 axes in the air, but now i have a guy that looks like Jinzo (from Yu-Gi-Oh ) with a mace on his hand. we'll thats the leatest problem. the old one is when i go to "Login" option, im put my acount and my password, but when y put login the game exits -.-

if any one knows why please answer me!

P.D.: in the normal EQ patcher i put a check mark on all the expansions.
can that be a problem?

The Login background picture depends on when you patched to live. That doesn't matter.

At what part of the login does the game exit? when you log in your charcater? Make sure you reinstall the WR UI files.

Something I've noticed, non-related issue but still poignant, is that if you use the live patcher to update it assumes you have the Trilogy files and it won't patch Warrens onto your computer.

It's very odd. Does anyone know how to get around this, aside from going through the old "Opatcher.exe?"

If you patch Legacy of Ykesha, it should download Warrens.

That's a bit odd.

You need to run the Optional Patch to get Warrens.

I believe its because the warrens was not included in any of the original EQ expansions. It was released with Kerra Ridge, the hole, and paineel after Kunark had come out.

And was retextured again with one of the consecutive expansions.
