I have noticed it has been some time that I have had this in the bank, years I believe. Would the staff consider making this tome into something that perhaps reduces arrow usage by a small percent per rank.
it would be nice if they addressed the ranger situation but i don't really think a class tome is the way to fix it
but yea its a mega pain using a full bag for quivers and then having the rest of your inv filled with stacks of arrows and having to destroy so many etc
