I played the tutorial on live and didn't even bother finishing it. That's not to say i wasn't satisifed, i just found SoD and love it in all its downtime/repetitve grinding glory! ;)

Uh, Hason, take your own advice and do read before posting... The guy's been banned. It's been said repeatedly on this very thread.
 
even though this guy is banned, i still need to post this, because it i funny to me, it realy gets me, i am the most retarted sod playr ever, every quest i did as a lowbie i had to have rabb or some other GM(though it inevitably wa rab for some resone, and once it was rabb and 3 of his buddies cause i really screwed the beast keeper in snp) come hold my hand or reset the mob because i managed to break it during the turn-in, ask any of my guild mates, i am notoriouse for trains, and dont ask me to scout, cause every time i will walk righ infront of the one mob in the entire zone that will see through my hide, and yet, i still managed to grind from 1-65 and even have funn doing it, ffs this isnt d2 where for 5 desent items you can get a full rush from start to finish and lvl 99 in 20 cow rooms....some ppls kids



p.s. i love the grinde, it is alot of fun with me in group, should try it some time
 
What I found most interesting about this whole thread was how long he went on ranting AND insulting. He was eventually banned from the game, but I wouldn't think he's been banned from the forums, since it doesn't say "banned" beneath his name.

I know a "friend" who posted some stuff that actually challenged the staff & players in a mature manner. Zodium wasted no time in banning that guy from the forums. It would be nice to be able to link to that thread, for a comparison, but alas, Zodium deleted enough of the guy's posts out of it (and left the posts of everyone else flaming him) so that it wouldn't illustrate anything.

It's great that the forums are here for players to bring up things they might like to see handled differently. But one thing I've learned through observation is that if you push, and staff pushes back, you might as well either just play what's been given to you, or find another game to play.

The third page was the most entertaining.. Im surprised the op made it that far pre ban, but yeah... calling half the staff names and the ops general ass hattery earned him his fate. He really does need to be immortalized and repeatedly killed though.

Stupidity and arrogance should be painful.
