thedeep_chr.txt patcher problem

Hi all,

I am have been enjoying SoD for a couple of months now. Ever since the latest patch, I am having a problem with the patcher. When I try to run it, it hangs after saying "Patching: thedeep_chr.txt"

I tried deleting my files.txt and running the patcher again. It went through and repatched, but then it hung at thedeep_chr.txt again.

Any ideas?

Bypass the patcher.

Run eqw, or eqgame.exe if you run fullscreen mode

Had the same error. I rebooted my computer and it patched thedeep file.

As of sometime in the last 20 minutes, this problem was resolved. patch again and it will fix it on its own.
