The Tomb King in Oasis - Amice of the Golden Dawn Quest - Idol Sub Quest

For the past 3 Night Cycles in a row I have killed the mummy place holder for The Tomb King in Oasis in order to get the Broken Ancient Crown and complete the Dawn Blessed Idol quest given by Dawnlord Gholan. Yet the Tomb King is not spawning at 8pm, just the mummy placeholder every night.
 
He only has a 75% chance to spawn. This is not a bug it's called a random number generator. :psyduck:
