I was under the impression that she always dropped her staff, however after finally coming across her, nothing dropped. Was just wondering if anyone could confirm/deny that its not supposed to be a 100% drop rate, or if its possibly bugged since the zone got upgraded awhile back (since I dont know of anyone firsthand who has done this part since then). Thanks!
 
So should I petition in game or something? I have several screenshots showing the corpse with times etc empty.
 
So it is 100% / petitionable? Don't wanna make a useless petition if it isnt, or waste time camping this if it is.
