The patcher isn't working and I'd like some help with it.

I have everything installed, all the everquests and the patcher and the map pack and when I run the patcher and click patch and run it says
"getting patch list".
It just sits there forever no matter how long it waits. I watched a movie and ate dinner and nothing happened.
I tried taking everything out and redoing it but nothing happened. It did the same thing.

I would like some help! I really want to play!

during patching


it is either not responding or hanging... i deleted the file and still nothing happens



edit.....

I fixed my problem downloaded direct patch then copied the generalcommand.html file into the right directory
