Ok, so I installed all the expansions needed, patched to the Company's game and downloaded the SoD patcher and .net fix 1.1 and installed .net and unzipped the sod patcher. When i ran the patch it showed the black registry box then gave me an error which read:
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0xeb8 (3768), Thread id=0xd40 (3392)
Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.
(end error message)
So I click Cancel in an attempt to 'debug' it and recieved another error message:
Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check the computer settings.
cordbg.exe !a 0xeb8
Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request.
(end error message)
I click Retry and it takes me back to the black registry box and just sits there...forever. I waited ten minutes thinking 'Hey, mayby it really being fixed'. By the end of the ten minutes i got mad and wrote it up on the forum. Im currently searching other topics to see if anyone else has had this problem. If you have a suggestion as to as fix, please, let me know.
