The House, visitors, and Trophies/Utilities

Lately, if characters I've given keys to on other accounts zone into my house, the only thing up is the Majordomo. No Tropies, no utility containers, no PHs are up. If I then log in a character on the House's account, and zone to the house, all the trophies, utilties, and PHs spawn.

Was this change intentional? Any reason my guests can't use the utilities I've placed in the house for them unless I'm present?
