The Gemstone of History

Hello,

I'm currently working on the Main Quest and ran into an issue on step two: The Gemstone of History with William Defar in Storm Sea. When I hail him he should give me dialogue to go speak with Seeker Tresaria in Sea of Swords and reward me with 100k exp. yet he does not.

Instead he tells me:

You have spoken with Korgen Stoutaxe of Freeport.
You have spoken with Leader Dannisin of the Plaguelands.
You have spoken with Sedran Telvir of Goblinskull.
You have spoken with Dawn Seer Tarnok of Oasis.
You have spoken with Captain Nolgon of Thurgadin.
You have spoken with Trainer Bindle of Erudin.
You have spoken with Historian Allen of Shadowdale.
You have spoken with Theron Praknat of Sadri Malath.
William Defar says, 'Hello there.'

I know that I haven't missed any of the npc's that I needed to hail. And I did it alongside my 2box druid and she got the exp when I hailed William with her.

Any thoughts???

Does the toon you are having issues with actually report to William? Or does he need to talk to one of the other people (Sundered, or Obsidian Mts.)? I had that same issue at one point, then I looked at my note, and realized I had finally made an alt that talks to one of the other ones.
