the game overall

i know the game and such has many things different ... but community wise... which expansion are we at (you know what i mean, each new expansion on live was more and more community deterioration)

also... the ranger class .... as far as overall badass-ness ... are they like pre-sony eq1 (overpowered) .. like after the "class balancing" ( weak as fuck" .. or after PoP when they started to get some power back?
 
the Sod community is pretty high quality, you would have a hard time finding one as good in any other game.

Rangers are awesome, they do good DPS and have a lot of utility to offer in both group and raid situations and are one of the best solo classes in the game.
