We tried to do this for Anvyl today, but it bugged out.
When he turned in his rose to The Eternal One (I'll abbreviate this EO) he looked at it and said his thing. Then I got up from feigning death and started tankin' EO and his adds. We made sure EO died first, and right where he spawned, but Mira didn't come out and ask Anvyl to come see her.
I can say from past experience that if he messed up anywhere he'd have an emote explaining what he did wrong. He didn't get that.
He has screenshots of it all and I'm sure he'd be happy to submit them for whomever wants to peruse them.
