"That zone is unavailable"

When I try to log in witha character camped in Centaur Hills I get a message explaining that "That zone is unavailable." I imagine that some maintenance is happening on the zone, but I'm not sure. Do I just need to wait it out?

It means that either the server is down or the zone crashed. Just have to wait it out.
