I finally got my EQ titanium in the mail and started playing a barbarian shaman (Nexster also). I have to say that I like most of the changes that have been made from SOE servers. The players seem to be of a higher caliber also. The zones are not too crowded and things just make more sense all around. I can really tell that somebody has put a lot of TLC into the overall design of SoD.
I love the way the EXP system works and the fact that vendors will pay a decent amount for good items. I about fainted when I discovered the Newbie quests are not a waste of time.
Thanks to SoD I can still play EQ a few times a month and not feel like I have thrown away $15 or whatever the fee they are charging for that "other server" now.
I just want to say thanks to whomever spends thier life making this server what it has become. If sony would have put this much care into this game it would still be the #1 MMORPG.
Here at least somebody cares about issues with the game and actually takes time to fix them.
