Texture upgrades....

I have Kunark/Velious/Luclin on disk, but I installed using Titanium. I've heard you can use these disks to upgrade Titanium's textures, but I'm unsure how to transfer those textures into the game itself without screwing anything up.

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance

Maybe you are thinking of the extra armor textures released with Velious.

For velious textures, go into your eqclient.ini, find all the LoadArmor##=FALSE and change them to TRUE. 17 is leather, 18 is chain, 19 is plate, 20 is leather2, 21 is chain2, 22 is plate2, and 23 is monk-only textures.

You don't need to install anything extra, just change the settings in your ini file. The extra textures will not show up if you are using new character models.

Check out this thread for info on how to use some new models. The staff chose to use the old models so not everything works correctly if you try using the new ones.

yea new ones are ok for a few races and stuff but in general it broke everything else for me
