Terror Lord Cadrak Final Quest

I just completed the last quest in the newport sewers SK quest line and received the " Dark Shield of Entropic Recruit".

Cadrak says before handing the shield the following :

"Indeed it is! My last gift to you is... rather.... special. The shield you are about to receive has been etched with dark runes that when activated have the power to instantly return you to these very catacombs....... "


The shield is suppose to have a gate clicky I assume or a gate proc ?? but the shield has no such effect.
Ive tried clicking, dragging, equipping, bashing.... nothing works >.>

Im guessing the gate is not yet implemented ??

Ill keep it in the bank for now but it would be cool to know so i dont have to break my head to get the newport gate clicky :D
 
The item was put in before the quest was completed so some changes to the items needed to be made. Hold onto it and perhaps after the next patch something special will happen!

In regards to this quest, when exping a new bot in sewers today I found that killing ratlings lead me to being flooded with the message "you feel as though you have killed enough of these rats to satisfy cadraks needs". Yet, I am not a shadowknight nor am I on such a quest. :(

i got to the part where u follow the hired tracker and when we zoned in to wbl from ch he never zoned and the clut leader will not reset the quest i petitioned and dev teo or toe told me to post it here
 
i seem to have the same problem, followed the tracker over to WBL but i never saw him again. My quest log indicates i need to go back to the shack and clear out any witnesses and follower the tracker, re-doing that step results in nothing. Cult leader also doesnt say anything to me.

I even ran my druid over and didnt see him (or anything that looked like it could be quest mobs) on track before leaving the zone. I also asked someone for some help who had done the quest and i ran to the point they told me the tracker takes you to and it was empty (although at this point i had already zoned back to CH/Newport).
