I was wondering if anyone who had experience with this quest could help me out. I have collected 3 out of the 4 parts I need, but I am stuck on the Ice Render Heart from Kaztra the Shardslayer. The Wiki doesn't provide much info on her. I need to know if she is just a rare spawn I should look out for occasionally or if I need to be killing a placeholder. No mob seems to roam along the ice river, there is just one roaming spider a little bit away from the river. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

She will roam along the ice river. My paladin was there doing some xp before and got hosed. She's killed for some droppables, so just need to wait on the respawn I think.
Its a 5 day spawner i think. I killed it last saturday when i was doing a rank 1 thurgadin bounty.
