I currently have all the pieces I need to do the combine, minus where you turn in the artifacts to get the gears and grease. I have 4 of the artifacts and tinkerer in underhill near the waterfall gives them back to me when I try giving it to him.
I looked it up on wiki and it says to trigger the text for the quest to say "High quality gears and grease" which ive tried with no response. Not much else I can do... is the quest bugged?
