did the swampglow safri quest on irelc.after handing him the net +3 swampglow shimmer he walked to the lamppost and started it then said
well now isn't that the prettiest thing i've ever seen.now where did you go?the young one that did this nice thing for me.
try'd hailing him and even a refresh and hail after.no exp or faction reward and quest is still in my journal under active not completed.
he only responds with:looks at you curiously and turns away.
