Suspended?

I just got my account reactivated, as a matter of fact i just got the confirm by email moments ago that account is reactivated with new password. I am trying to log in and it is saying that my account is suspended and to try another server. I have never been suspended for anything I haven't played in months...can anyone tell me what happened please?

here is a stupid question, but how do i go about doing this, I dont want to just PM them....

It's fine to PM me about admin related issues like this, I just don't want people PMing me stuff that lower staff can handle.
