I happened on these one day long ago and was shocked to find them no drop. They are the only no drop item from there, is it intentional or could it possibly be an oversight?

It's possible they were meant to be droppable I suppose. They're pretty much only rs3 so very limited usewise

See, that is what I was thinking. They arent R clickable from inventory, they have cast time and they are an incredibly rare drop. I assumed from all of those limiting factors that they would be droppable, like Tboots which have none of the restrictions.

Where the hell did you find those ? I got them from a GM event :psyduck: I don't remember it to be droppable, maybe at the very beginning.

But could the fleet of foot clicky (25%) be upped a bit ? it's a rare item and it shoudln' t unbalance everything, just making it progressive until 45% at higher level (I think the Tboots effects is a progressive already), it's already less convenient than the tboots.

They're paw dude. It probably should be upped a little, or made progressive yeah. There really isn't much point in having them otherwise. Timed with a stopwatch quite a while ago when I had gotten them there was pretty much no discernable difference from rs3, shouldn't be as high as tboots, but faster than run3 would be nice. Also supposed to be nodrop in light of the recent mielb revelations? confirm/deny?
