Sundered Mountains down?

Try typing /motd in game and hit enter. My guess is, it'll say something about Sundered Mountains being down/closed for pathing being added... just a guess, but I bet I'm right ;)
 
I would still guess that's what is happening. When I experienced a zone being down for this, basically I tried to zone into it and was immediately translocated to what I would guess is the succor point for the zone... If that's what is/was going on, then that's what's being done behind the scene. I personally hope they are still making headway and adding this to zones currently... it's nice to have mobs that don't run through walls and in the future even better is that they'll be fearable for those fear-kiting classes :drool:. Maybe I'll dust my Necro back off *note, I'm not saying Necros don't have other solo options, just saying that it will be nice to have fear-kiting as another method.*
 
I understand that zones are constantly being upgraded and new content being added. Would it be possible that if a zone is going to be down for a while, leaving a new player or old player stranded in a city, to add a translocator near the zone line so that we can level our toons while progress is being made?

Just an idea, not sure of the logistics in putting a translocator in a zone.
