Suggestion .. or question? Single target Relic: Aegolism

The subject says it all, why is there not a single target of Relic Aego? Say a person dies without soulbound in your group/raid, you need to use 2k mana + components for a group spell while it's only for one individual. Way to implement this would be to give two spells upon relic turn in : Relic: Gift of Aegolism and Relic: Aegolism.

I don't think it would put everything out of balance and make everyone cry.

Arguments:
Shamans get single version (if it's not equivalent it's pretty close, I dont have numbers on hand) of their relic buff : Focus of soul
Live, probably does not belong here but anyway, Clerics had Hand of Virue (Equivalent to Relic: Gift of Aegolism here, group version) and Virtue, which was it's single target version.
Live, probably does not belong here but anyway, Druids had Blessing of the Nine (Equivalent to Relic: Ward of Nature here, group version) and Protection of the Nince, which was it's single target version.

So, if this doesnt count as a suggestion/request then here's my question: Why isn't there a single target version of Relic Aego and Relic Ward of Nature?

PS.. Searched for anything of the kind on the forums and havent found anything related to single target relic bufs.

Aegolism is already available in 3 flavors.
Regular: 500 mana, 1150 hp, 200 ac, 3 hr duration (L60 spell)
Group: 2000 mana, same stats as single, 3 hr duration (L60 spell)
Relic: 2000 mana, 1300 hp, 230 ac, 4 hr duration (L65 spell)

If one of your group dies, then just cast single aego on them if mana is gonna be that big a hassle.

Just like if you had the choice between Relic: Ancestral Focus and Focus of Soul, you would pick the relic. There's really need no need for this -- if mana is an issue, toss them a single target Aegolism. The 30 spell ac and 150 hp won't make that much of a difference if they're wont to die.

The point was that a lower level single target spell already exsists so it is not a needed spell at this time. The difference isnt very large in AC/HP between relic and single target aego. I was agreeing with what Rabb said in relation to my earlier post about won/potc.
