Suggestion on spells

Would it be possible to have quest guys in the game, that you could turn in duplicates of a certain class to get others of the same level or approx level(like turn in a 62 enchanter spell to get another 61-62 enchanter spell). It would really help on runs of bad luck, or if certain spells arent dropping right. Anyway, whatever the cause, I seem to have alot of a certain few spells, and none of others.

Anyway, clearly you would have to do it in such a way that you couldnt keep turning in the same spells over and over again. However, right now there sure doesnt seem to be equivalent drop rates on alot of the spells. Doing this would help make it so a ranger seeing the same spell drop over and over isnt totally out of luck.
