suggestion for thaz beastlord tunic

Could the effect on the Tunic of Bestial Ferocity be changed to something like a self only, savagery-like, buff or perhaps even an improved weapon proc buff ? With Keshuval's Purification changed to Keshuval's Protection it now adds +60 resists to the pet. Feral bond is pretty much useless since if the pet is taking ae damage, it's will most likely be healed by a group heal spell anyway. With /s 5 (flurry of blows) finally changed to decrease accuracy instead of the old bugged way of increasing accuracy I feel that in a raid situation it will be very hard for a beastlord to reach 200dps(not counting pet which is often 60-80'ish dps). Maybe some other beastlords can voice their opinions on the thaz tunic too, but Otus never had a problem with pet resists that wasn't solved by group heals, pet heals, or mend companion.

While I'd like the tunic to give BST's a dps boost I don't believe it should take an extra buff slot up in order to do it.

Some other ideas:

45% Haste, same as rogue thaz legs

Right click unresistable pet proc buff with a much bigger DD and/or higher pet haste, more dps, doesn't take up a buff slot, and means one (two if both are added to it) less spell to mem.

Worn ATK that isn't restricted by the ATK cap (not sure if this is possible), or perhaps just a +Offense mod?

I'd also like to give a big thanks to whoever changed Keshuval's it was completely worthless before and now it's a spell I'll use often on raids.

One question if this isn't changed, does the tunic buff overwrite keshuval's or do they stack?

Edit: From what I see from the parser Keshuval's stacks with this buff giving a total of +160 resists to all for the pet.

If the original intention was for it to be of primary use during raids then as perkins has said it's use is diminished by the raids preponderance to group heal melee which would be in the direct "line of fire" of AE's, and usually each group whether caster or melee would have a healer looking out for the health of the group, the heal as a secondary factor would also heal the pet.

If the original intention was for all tunic procs/focus effects to be useful for both raid AND exp groups then the effect is very negligible with most exp groups not running into heavy AE's.

After the fix of flurry Beastlord DPS has taken a noticeable hit and although I think a more basic fix is in order to rectify it for all levels...at the high end I think a DPS focused mod on this item (as a bonus) would be in order.
