Suggestion for a text color filter

I noticed that it is not possible to change the color of just your own spell casts. Would be very helpful to further highlight your own spells from others when in heavy casting groups or in a raid group...making it easier to see if that spell landed successfully. I have tried many combinations of filters and such, but none that I found give that simple effect of seperating your spells from others...

Then again on second thought, one could possibly implement a clever serverside filter toggle -- though I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Can't you just turn the filter to show only your own spells?
Plus, if your spell gets resisted, it tells you so, and it's bright red
Or, make another chat window just to see, which spells landed.

This is what I used to do on eqlive for my cleric, necro and druid (what can I say, I was heavily into alts). I always had one window just for my spell casting, spell damage, resists and wearoffs. It made a huge difference, especially if you dual box, in keeping up with what's happening with your caster.

right click on the title bar of the main chat window, pick new chat window.
Right click on the title bar of that chat and use the filter option.
It will send what ever text you are filtering to that window.
