Suggestion: Finish the Froglok newbie zone?

As it is it's very difficult to get a new froglok character started the only feasible way to get out of that empty zone is by the translocator, but a newbie doesn't start out with any money and there are no monsters to kill and no merchants and so on. It's very discouraging as a new player when people on ooc tell me my only alternatives are to 'Make a new character' or as someone to teleport me every time I die until level 6, that’s really inconvenient.. I dunno, this is just one newbies observations; the frogloks looked like a pretty cool race to play, especially with their racial traits, but as things are now playing them is pretty frustrating. From what I understand, Wiz is working very hard to get the zone populated. It is sad, considering one of my favorite races is the frogloks.

Oddly enough, attacking the translocator (located in the camp ontop of the mountain in Sundered) ported me to Centaur Hills, but dropped me on the ground for a 20k death.
 
Agree here.

Maybe put a free translocater in the new frog city temporarily until their newbie zone is complete?
 
A free one would be awesome, but then that'd not really be fair to everyone else who has to pay. and other people could just come in through the Oasis and take advantage of it.
 
Travelling to/from Oasis is dangerous for any level 1 because of two words: Stinger's Bog. That zone is a nightmare for low levels to run through.

Dodging past Sand Giant, check.
Making sure rattlesnakes don't jump out from nowhere, check.
Running away from angry orcs, check.
Facing a swarm of mad undead, alligators, and mosquitos....LOADING, PLEASE WAIT.
 
Yeah, when I started my froglok I made the run from Oasis to Greenmist and hunted there until I could bind.

I also missed having some starting zone quests. I hailed everyone in Sadri Malath and was just directed to the lorekeeper. Depending on what the changes are, I'd be tempted to make a new froglok just to experience the populated zone once its done.

Quests are a thing that sorta comes after basic content like.. mobs and drops from these mobs. Lorekeeper is in the very back of some building which has choir people in it? thats how i remember it... behind a throne and down some stairs in a room.

Keep in mind there are 2 other potential zone outs in sundered mountains which also have to be implemented, I would think they will be put in w/ noob content soon as the dev team feels it's ready.
Take a tip from 'Fable', don't put game material out to meet a deadline, put it out when it's done.

You can actually get into Sundred Mountains from Oasis? I have yet to be able to do this with any of my characters. I've hailed all of the Frogloks near The Shuttle, hailed The Shuttle itself, and both right- and left- clicked on the shuttle. Nothing has ever happed. Granted, there isn't much of a reason to at the moment, but that's beside the point. Has anyone else had trouble getting The Shuttle to work?
 
she will respond to you based on faction. I had to sneak behind her and she then talked to me. the key phrase is something like "needing passage"
 
I got caught up in a bad spot since the big change. I'll get it in as soon as I possibly can.
