Suggest a target of target UI

I had no idea EQ was even capable of utilizing a target of target window until today. I saw it mentioned in a few UI threads here, however all of the screenshots seemed dopey or unfinished.

So... can someone suggest a solid target of target stand alone frame that is popular here? I tried pulling one off of EQinterface and had no luck with it. Thank you.

Edit: Is target of target even possible on SoD due to the client? I guess that would be a better first question and would explain why the ones that I tried did not work.

Once I was trying a UI and it had a tot window ; I think it somehow worked but the problem was the window wasn't resizable and was huge, which made me mad in 2 minutes.
