Stuck on silver crown Hireling-Heartlands

I just started playing again after about a year or so and I was trying to find out where I was in my quest. I apparently started my silver crown faction with trader Valner where he gives you the "directives" and asks you to show them to a few ppl. I don't have the directives on me or in my bank and the other quest givers don't respond to me when I ask them if they have work?
Is there anyway to get the "directives" again or continue?
 
If its an actual in game item you can try "/Petition" i've never done SC quests though so im not sure if its an item you show them or a flag. I know Dev's/GM's usually don't refund items deleted by characters unless its quest breaking. and Considering SC aug is irreplaceable. and by the sounds of it you broke the quest in this case they just might. But again the best scenario is to /petition and see what you can do.
