Stuck on Grekal

I beleive i am stuck on the first quest fron spirit talker grekal.
I have the Dented warden shield , muddy medicine pack , and swamp mud poultice.
i can not turn them in in any combo to recieve the Mud Runed Spirit Shield.
any help would be greatly appreciated

I had completed the first part of the quest gotten the shield. then some how restarted the first quest again; and was unable to start the second quest. so i completed the first quest again deleted my rewards. thinking they were prohibiting my progress. now i am unable to obtain the rewards again and still can not progress.

First things first, i wouldn't ever delete anything you get, just try and do the quest over if you think something is botched up.

I believe what your supposed to do is return the medicine bag and the sheild to grekal and it gives some text saying he dumps the rest of the poultice on the sheild and rubs it in and he hands you back the sheild, now with stats.

He does give you the bandages back for some reason (useless now) and if you hail him again to restart the first quest he will give you another bag. So make sure you didn't actually hand in your sheild and have your correct reward and the extra swamp mud poultice and a un-used bag from re-hailing him.

Is there a way to delete or restart my Quests.
I think i can not get the shield reward for the first quest because he gave it to me all ready once.
(which i deleted thinking this would resolve the problem).

Also is there a way to start the second part without completing the first?
