Strands of Silk and Frost bug

I got the quest, killed the icy creepers, turned in five silks. Quest remains active, and on hail, High Trader Dreina wants more.

Please check my flags? SS of turn in, etc.

Quest has allwasy been that way, and doesn't need completion to progress anyways if that helps.

Well, that's why I was curious. I've done every quest up to here, except Naggy (hey, I get lost in a room, I had about 10 corpses). So was hoping if this was just a bug, I wouldn't have to do the Naggy part.
