Just curious if this is an oversight. Chaotic Winds dropped this guy and neither of the drops has an aug slot. Wrist and Arms. I'm sure people will have things to say about tweaking them as well considering the supposed difficulty of the encounter, but I myself am curious about the missing Aug slots.
