I'm on the part of the Stone for Ora were I have all 20 throwing stones collected for Ora Rhen. When I try and turn them into her and she gives them back. When I hail her, you can ask about work or to rest with her by the fire. After you ask about the work she says she's already given it to a vah rhen already. I also tried to turn in the 20 stones to a vah rhen that can gave me the quest and he just gave them right back. I was wandering if there was an issue with the turn in or am I collecting the wrong stones. Any help would be helpful!
