still having old problems while playing ?!?!

i donnot know why but sometimes my Eq will get the black screen when i log in the game and i cannot creat any more chars why is this think i should uninstall everything and re do the steps did i do somthing wrong if u can tell me my problem i can fix it if i can TY if u tell me anything :?

Better explanation of what the error is, and how you installed and patched EQ and WR, would help a lot and probably get a better response.
