I'm having some issues with the "steaks" quest from Mira Shahar. I got the quest from her and turned in 8 meats (which updated the quest log). However, after that the quest is removed completely from my quest log (completed) and she wont give me the follow up quest, instead she gives me the same quest again.
I noticed every time she gives me the quest, it disappears off the quest log after I zone / log out.
Could this be looked into?
Edit: I'm having the similar issue with Yejhana's Lodestone quest. I completed the quest and got Yejhana's Lodestone but I keep getting the quest over and over again telling me to find 3 focusing beads. It seems like the quest never went to the completed log after the turn in.
