Hi there, found SoD when I was looking for a free EQ server. Love the game and engine but too much RL costs to keep a passive played sub going.
I am having one issue though, I have 4 GB of ram, and yet I can only select two detailed Luclin models? Does that sound right? Sorry if this is listed elsewhere but wanted to get going in the game soon and didn't want to find out later and have my character model changed to god only knows what (sorry, but vain and admitting it.)
Anyway, glad to be trying this out and hopefully it's a good replacement for my powerful addiction.
P.s. If the detailed model is just a cost of playing for free, then it is a cost I pay willingly. Just wasn't sure if there is a way around it that someone may have found. Thank you.
