Starting a new Tier 1 guild

Hey folks I was looking to see if any one would be interested in starting a Tier 1 + guild open to all that are 55+ and play mostly late nights 11pm est+

Name will be "Circle of Legends"
Will be decided on by the 10 original Members.

Game plan.
VE-M Tmaps to gear up
Exp Grouping to push to 65 and aa's
Small raids (1+ Groups) to farm some WW Dragons, or Giants (Undecided on faction ATM)
once we have enough folks to start doing Tier 1 raids Dreadfang spire ect...

Loot.
Loot will be random near the guilds beginning followed by a discussed new loot system.

60 mage
65 druid
61 Necro
60 druid
60 Monk
61 cleric
65 cleric
65 Wiz
63 Wiz
62 Rogue
65 monk
65 Sham

Update
we have a good amount of interest now just waiting to get 10 people on line at one time to be able to get guild flagged
 
is it possible to get tagged as the leader of a guild most we've had on line at once is like 9 but have about 12 or so actual people that want to join?
 
I believe you need 10 on at once to form a guild. Once you have the 10, petition to have a GM set up the guild for you. You will need a guild name at that time as well.
