The problem is that only 1 class of the 7 classes that can use this item can actually use the resulting item. which is arguably worthless. I love this item, I think it's an awesome rare drop and a great must have for monks needing SV magic gear, i jsut don't understand why the clickie is so worthless.

This item is one of the common drops from this loot table actually. The item is good enough on its own, the clicky is *purely* for flavor. Nothing more.
