Stamina Regen

Is there a max stamina regen from spells? Worn items? Songs? Which spells stack with which, and which songs stack with which? The parser says they all stack(spells, songs and items), but a Dev told me that the parser is wrong about them stacking.

Does it just seem like they do not stack because Ancient Druid regen caps it all? If that is the case, can the cap be raised slightly?

Any clarification would be great, thanks!

Is this private or public information, and was Wiz the only one who knows how it works exactly? I can test it, but the tests I have made so far are inconclusive. Even over a span of 10 minutes the tests are still 2 ticks or so off in both directions, even when testing the same variables each time.

I seem to recall ancient regen capping stamina regen, once upon a time.
But this was back when sitting increased regen rate.
Since there have been some changes since then, either a dev has to chime in or GL on your tests.

if i had to guess tho, id say ancient regen would logically cap it, but some people swear that ancient regen + acumen has an effect.

Remember, STA "regen" isn't a "REGEN".
It just reduces the amount of sta burned per tick during styles.
For testing, get a long lasting style and test that out.
