SSS Duration

I was wondering if it were to be possible if we upped he duration of SSS from 80mins to atleast 150mins, the reason i request this is because the lvl 60 Shailas mountainious Barrier lasts 150mins. Thanks.
 
Maybe this post should be in the S / R board but i would support to have sss longer on me :dance:

Doesn't matter how long it lasts. If SSS isn't soulbonded then as soon as a caster, priest or tank dies then SSS gets recast and SV gets overwritten.

Yeah I really hate that haha. Maybe this could be fixed and work like Relic:focus and Relic:Won, they dont overwrite eachother :)

Agreed. I like having SV on me more often than SSS because of the +Attack component. When someone dies, usually the paladin recasts SSS, which overwrites the Rangers'/Monk/Beastlord's SV. Poor Tocuus... All that casting :(
 
Yep, that would be great. Ds's not bumping each other would be mighty fine as well. All it takes is one asshat druid to overwrite sb ds atm.
 
I'm sure the SV vs SSS is pointless to discuss again, it will be rejected for some reason, probably the level of the spell or something

Btw, I'm not sure but I think Sihala's Mountainous Barrier also overwrites SV ( I can't verify that right away though) , if it's the case it sounds crazy cause SMB is the same amount of HP than SV , and doesnt have the ATK component, with just having a longer duration & healing for the buff amount of HP.

It still would be possible to make it bounce afaik. Shield of the magi for instance is not overwritten by relic buffs last I checked, although it's lower level.
 
I'm not saying it's not possible, just that if Wiz wanted it would have been done when it was first asked, ages ago, so I wouldn't count on it. Hope I'm wrong ?
About casters magi line, it shouldn't get overwritten but it has a nice Magic resistance component in it so it's not exactly the same problem.

Yeah it definitely shouldn't atm its hardly cast ever.
