So I looked at this item in the wikki that's a quest reward for the L6-10 class quest in Grobb. It doesn't say you have to be certain races to acquire hte quest and complete it. But it does say that only certain races can wear it. I made a human shadowknight. Is it still race specific and gnomes, erudites, and humans can't wear it? Isn't it a little rediculous to have a quest series for certain races, but not for others that can be the same class?
 
grobb is kos to gnome, erudites and humans. It looks to me like the SK trainer for these races never got starter quests implemented.

It's actually more ridiculous to have a quest line that would require a level 10 to kill level 43 mobs to attune to grobb.
