Spirit Talker Grekal quests part 2 bugged

The second part of the quest line for the 1-5 level quest armor from Spirit Talker Grekal does not trigger. He gives you the items to complete the first part, but not the quest. You can complete the first part (making the bandage to cure Warden Bugog's poison and heal his wounds) and receive the shield, but no quest shows up in the journal, and I think this is why the second part is not triggering. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it's not giving you progress for completing the first quest, therefore not allowing you to start the second. Or maybe I'm just dumb and am missing something, lol. :psyduck:
 
I had given him everything, that's what I'm hung up on lol. I received the shield, as I said, from the quest but he did not give me the next one.
 
i still think you guys are missing something, i did his line of quests on 3 different shamans a couple months ago and it was perfectly fine, maybe even less than a couple months...there is no reason why it would suddenly be bugged now
 
It seems the issue was having to do with my reading ability. I've gone to the BlackScale quarter master over and over and wasn't ever able to to get text from him, but apparently he won't talk till you give him the bark and other items, this is only said one time from the quest giver and he won't repeat it, this was my issue and looking it up on the wiki fix'd it.
