Spirit of the Vah Shir stacking issue

I guess because so few mages have the final vah banner no one ever really found this problem before, but the Air Elemental Form AA buff:

Slot 1: Illusion Elemental
Slot 4: Add Weapon Proc: Shiritri's Favor
Slot 8: Increase Current Mana by 4 per tick
Slot 11: See Invisible
Slot 12: Increase Resist Magic by 45

Blocks Spirit of the Vah Shir. Seems to work fine with Water form although I have not clicked it in any other form yet so I'm not sure about Fire and Earth.

Edit: Earth and Fire do not block.

Most illusions with a proc have it on slot 2, unless it is a short duration illusion and then it uses slot 12. I am unsure why the Air Illusion AA doesn't follow this convention but it was probably an attempt to avoid stacking issues. My solution is to change this spell to be consistent with other illusion-based proc buffs. Any other illusion with a slot 2 proc would already conflict based on the slot 1 illusion.

I could not find any issues with this solution, but if there is another proc buff that mages currently stack with Air Elemental Form let me know.

edit: I went ahead and made the change. Let me know, but I am tentatively calling this fixed in the next patch.
