Spellskin vs Chanter runes

I understand ENC runes are solid stuff that are at least 150 base better than WIZ/NEC best rune , Spellskin.
Except kinda like the Empower / GoE difference, Spellskin has a FT component which isn't part of the chanter runes.

Could it be considered to make Spellskin block Dilatated Shelter ? (I understand Runecloak is a relic and is single based anyway)

Bumping this again.....

It is not very often that I need to use Spellskin on a Nec / Wiz, only really use it if I am lacking mana regen buffs. However Dz has a good point here, it is annoying to have Spellskin blown away by Dialated Shelter.

Considering both of these buffs require reagents (peridots) they really should not overwrite each other.

Any offiicial word on this matter ? Prolly one of the oldest spell stacking issues that imo need a look at (along with Swift Like the Wind / Empower issue and prolly a few others).
