Spell: Runic: Quiver of the Legion [Ranger Runic 1]

This spell was once like:

Slot 3: Decrease Hit Points by 250 per tick
Slot 10: Decrease Armor Class by 75
Slot 12: Decrease All Resists by 15

The problem: it wouldn't stack with cripple due to it having the "Decrease Armor Class" being on the same line.

Then person A changed it to...

Slot 3: Decrease Hit Points by 250 per tick
Slot 9: Decrease Armor Class by 75
Slot 12: Decrease All Resists by 15

But person B didn't see it so it became...

Slot 3: Decrease Hit Points by 250 per tick
Slot 12: Decrease All Resists by 15

NOW:

the Weapon Proc "Legionnaire's Arrow" still only procs...

Slot 3: Decrease Hit Points by 250 per tick
Slot 12: Decrease All Resists by 15

BUT the buff it self that lets the proc be possible gives the Ranger "Decrease Armor Class"
 
any acknowledgment or anything on this bug? kinda sucks our runic buff reduces our ac by 75
 
So apparently somebody tried to fix this except they added

Slot 9: Decrease Armor Class by 75

to the wrong spell. It was added to Runic: Quiver of the Legion when it should have been added to the proc, Legionnaire's Arrow, instead. Having it on the runic itself decreases our AC instead of it being on the proc. :(
 
250 base, 2 ticks, affected by afflic enhancement. pretty high proc rate

but the greatest part about it is you don't have to take it off when grouping with paladins. speaking of ranger bugs...

But then you get to yell at them when they can't get aggro and call them bad, thats not a bug its a feature!!!
