Can enchanter spells have different icons? All of the curses, slow and vex have the exact same icon. This is not fun to have 4/8 or 5/8 of my spells using the exact same icon and can be a bit confusing at times
 
this is also the case for rage of the wild, sha reprisal and bitter cold, 3 completely different spoell that are in a ideal raid spell bar, but all look exactly the same... very annoying.
 
On a similar note, can we make it so 90% of bard songs don't have the same particle effect? I mean, on my setup: all 3 bellows, relic dot, and 4.3 clicker all have the same generic yellow particle. Pretty boring.

Edit- the spell particles from xenelaqui's proc would be pretty cool for relic dot, ghosts + musical notes on the target

Yes.

Also, "Fist of Shiritri" is a magic targeted AoE that has an orange (rain) frost gem/icon. That seems all kinds of wrong. I would like to think that at one point Druids were going to get another rain in the low 60s and Class Antagonism then did not allow for it. Maybe now is the time. If not at least fix the damn gem/icon.

its teh server side icon for the spell however if these can be changed client side please enlighten me... but as i understand server side decides what icon a spell uses. local files only contain the icon files to be used.
 
The fix is fairly painless, but choosing what icon to change to what would be the hold up. I am sure they would want to make logical icon changes.
 
well then perhaps we should give them ideas?
Im sure a dev would be quicker to help us with an itemized list of spells that need to be changed and good suggestions for icons to change to.

i figured out who to change these client side on a by spell basis... if i could get a list of common spells that conflict ill change them and post the file you need here. thanks!

there seems to be what i can only asume are npc only or beserker icons, anyways they can be customized and used!

Ranger Spell: Runic: Bird of Prey having the same icon that is used for BL Runic: Pack of the Hunter would be nice.

Not sure what Icon the other ranger birds have since I had Runic 2 when birds were added to the game.
 
Also I think Spell: Glacial Strike having the same spell icon as Spell: Relic: Essence of Tarhansar would be cool.

glacial strike is a cold nuke iwth a cold icon... i mean ill change it jsut for u if u want... but im not gonna put it in the file imma post in her

also mage and cleric (also did ranger, but i dont have a ranger for visual goodness)

yes they do in the buff windows tao (and song =p)

also i lied kedrin ill change that seeing as icerend is another higher end spell and has the same icon, however shammy eot icon doesnt seem to make sense

2. delete the "beta 1" part out of file name
3. put directly into everquest directory.
