Spell Effects not showing in Effect window

... Well what else is there to say ... they dont' show up I don't get an error I'm currently running complete File check... Gateway p4 Windows Xp home office on all . ..... Will edit if I find a fix

You did resize the spell window so it's large enough to display the icons... right ?
