spell discriptions

i was wondering is there a download or a reson that none of the spells have a discription as the the effects of the casting?

They are disabled.

it would be nice to have all the descriptions on the spells in game... but that's just a LOT of typing lol

why

why are they disabled? The frist time i logged into sod. I used eqgame.exe patchme" and they were there. But thats before I downloaded the patcher/files. But the discriptions were wrong. My Teddy Bear clicked a 150dmg nuke but it was client side only. (I had asked a Gm to check it.) I was wondering if that was the reasion that there disabled?
